Hello,

I have pretty new "Tribal edition" Game Boy Advance but today I turned it on and I see (on every game) little green pixel when background is black or some blackish color. I think it's stuck pixel.

I head this issue can be fixed or it ca go by itself after some time. But also I have same green pixel on my computer LCD monitor and it didn't go by itself so I am asking for advice how to fix this issue.

Can someone please suggest me how to deal with this, what to try out and etc.? If you need any more information I will provide it.

Thanks.

any flashcart will do, but if you dont have one, there is another way

you can also use a xboo cable:
http://www.devkitpro.org/downloads/xboo-communicator/

the download contains a document about how to make one, its the easiest if you have a older computer with a parallel port.

a xboo cable allows you to use the multiplayer functionality of the gba to load homebrew into ram, and play it from there

Can I please ask you a favor?

As I'm very bad at constructing things, I would like to purchase everything I need to easy make this "stuck pixel" on some flashcart that I can put into my GBA.

So can you find me all things needed on Ebay to make this happen? Like box with cable + flashcart that I can use?

I am very unexperienced about these things so please if you can I would be very thankful.

Thanks.

OK, just two questions:

1. Would replacing GBA LCD screen fix problem?

2. How to remove 5 "buttons" that are in front of 5 screws that I need to unscrew in order to get to the LCD? I mean, I want to remove them without scratching them.

Thanks.
