So I am running Luma A9LH on 11.4. Previously, GBA VC games would boot, but now they do not. When I open a GBA VC game, I only see a black screen... Any advice?

that probably isn't the fix, or even related to the problem, but ok

If that is the case, what would you recommend that I do?

    somewhere
    Update Luma3DS.

Luckily, going to boot9strap forces you to update to newest Luma, updating Luma to newest requires boot9strap, and so it's a win-win.

Okay. I'm glad he fixed his problem, just for future reference though, updating to b9s won't solve every problem.

Newest versions of luma will be released only for b9s, https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.1
So yeah, while updating to b9s won't directly solve some problems, it will be pre requisite to use updated versions of luma.
