Hacking GBA Expansion

hi, i currently own a R4DS with 1.18 +YSmenu on it, and i was just wondering what is the best GBA expansion card that i can get for my DSlite.

p.s. if you could plz post the site to buy it from too... preferably from Canada.

I believe one of the best ones out there is the EZ flash 3v1.

kool, but with the ezflash can i just use the MicroSD that is on my R4 to run GBA games? or do i need a seperate memory stick for the expansion pack.
