Hacking GBA emu with adhoc?

Hey guys,
I gave it a google and couldn't find much on the subject (most pages being 2007/8)

But does anyone know of or have a GBA emu with adhoc? or some other way to emulate a link cable.
Ive seen a lot of responses from people (again back in 07') saying its impossible, but that was before 9x with NETPLAY.

So yeah anyone got one?

Haven't seen any of kind on PSP but PC has one emulator which even is capable of online multiplayer but is extremely laggy. LAN works OK though.
