"After a lot of brainstorming sessions we decided it was time to realise one of the revolutionary ideas that we have in store for you! We have been working very hard to bring you our 3DS console NAND emulation solution that will allow you to run up-to-date firmware, without the need for spoofing!"

"Ohh and MH4 is finally working [;-)] XY is officially WIP" hell yeah

Wow the GUI looks so good ! The 3DS NAND emulation is a really good feature too (Like so gateway + pokemon x/y become possible with eshop version for guys who have only 1 3DS)
Sadly I'll have to stick with my 4.5 3DS (I hope someday I'll be able to use it on my 6.3 Pokemon X limited edition I just bought)

What does " Porting our patches from 4.5 to 6.3 is time-consuming and tedious so please bare with us for a little while longer, testing and safety is paramount for such a release. As always, we know you will ENJOY !!" mean?

Absolutely amazing, they weren't kidding when they said they are saving the best for last! It's a shame >4.5 people are still out of luck, but the fact that we can now essentially run the latest firmware and then restore means future roms have a bright future. TBH it doesn't look like >4.5 will ever be a revelation since they are still working through the same keyhole that 4.5 gives them, but we will see.

Plus, they are working on Pokemon X/Y... :rofl2:

I'm so excited to get this XD. Gateway keeps on giving us stuff that nobody expected. This is amazing XD

From the way they worded the update, they have more to come. Also did anyone else notice the settings icon in their new menu?

Wait what? I am on 6.2, how in the heck can I use it?

You are sh*t outta luck, I meant that 4.5 users can now use higher firmwares and enjoy all the benefits they bring while still having an exploitable system. What you should do now is log on EBay and start shoppin' cause it doesn't get much better from here on out - this update is fantastic.

That's exactly what I've been trying to say, they're never going to support it and I ain't made outta money. Besides, I have issues trusting used consoles on eBay. I have no way to even know if the 3DS XL I get is from 2012 or not. Bullshit.

*Shrugs* It takes time to adjust the exploit to "work again" or find an entirely new one - the 3DS was already hacked incredibly quickly, all things considered. Give it time and I'm sure even better things will pop up in the coming years.

I ain't holding my breath. Now even more people will brag about having a 4.5 3DS.
