Hacking Gateway UK help?

I've looked around and tried to order from http://new3dscard.co.uk and after hearing they accepted Paypal and not seeing it, I became tense. I ordered one anyway and suddenly I had two orders and both came back "fashionpay rejected". I don't know what that means so an explanation would be nice, I'm a lil worried.

Seems that I won't be able to get one from new3dscard then so I was wondering, any similar priced sites that are good for UK? Teensy is really expensive, so was thinking of others and would like to get peoples testimonies. Thanks guys.

Yeah this is what I went with for my girlfriend's GW. They accept PayPal too which is always nice.

Just to be clear, my online bank would've automatically reduced my available funds if those payments to 3dscard were successful, right?
Also I tried playmods before 3dscard and when I went with Paypal, Paypals website didn't even load. :S Not a good day for me yikes ~

Edit: Paypal wasn't loading on a certain browser is why. Weird. I am not ordering from Playmods tho till I get confirmation on what I said above.

I have ordered from Playmods after I sorted out all my crap. new3dscard sorted out my issue and said I could order again.
I ordered from Playmods at 4am and got a shipped notice at 1pm lol. I am very happy, can't wait. Can't imagine it will get here before Christmas now or before the update but atleast its on its way.
