I sold now my old XL and now I wait for a discount for a new 3ds xl, but those are very rare while there often 2ds xl for ~111€. because of the price and the design I'm thinking about getting one. downside: ditching gateway, exporting every save by hand and buying a bigger sd card. so I'm thinking maybe there is a way to get gw to run on it. downgrading below 11.4 isn't possible. but maybe one of those partial upgrades / downgrades works. so there is an upgrade pack from 11.2 to 11.6 where some files are left out so gw still boots. what if you pick those ugprade packs and kind of reverse them. you pick all needed 11.2 files while leaving working 11.6 files and then peform a downgrade.
