Hacking Gateway issues loading more than 10 games? picture inside...

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere as I tried searching but cannot find a definitive answer, but guys I'm really stumped with an issue with my Gateway Card, which I bought from an official re-seller recommended by the Gateway site.

Whenever I put more than 10 back-ups on my card, the 11th game comes up blank as below. Can anyone please enlighten me as to what I am apparently doing wrong?
