i have a n3ds exploitable it's a XL with 9.2 firmware

i have a valid internet connection with wifi settled up in the settings of console

i have also the cubic ninja game and getaway with latest fw on it

i put the launcher.dat in the root of internal microsd ( i tried also in the dir "nintendo 3ds"

i launch the cubic ninja game, go to QR code and scan the correct QR code for the region of my n3ds (the image is directly from the gateway website)

the scan start, but still stuck at blue screen for a while with the write "plz wait" and after some time, a red screen with "network error" appears...

i tried everything, can someone help me please???

You can try to delete the same and retry. While in the game menu (after the "press A" screen), hold down L-R-X-Y. It will ask you if you wish to delete your savegame. Hit yes, and retry with the.exploit

I don't know if this is the problem, but I heard some SD cards might not work.
Can you try another Micro SD card?

SOLVED :)

well i think can be useful to other peoples:

you MUST have a previous savegame of the CUBIC NINJA on the microsd

and you MUST USE a compatible access point , mine uses only WPA2 and don'0t connect every time...

thanks to everybody
