I think as long it's the v1.0 version of the game it does not matter. You can either play Rising Ruby & Sinking Sapphire and/or Rutile Ruby & Star Sapphire
I'm not playing right now but you can check if these codes below work or not. Most of the codes I used work best with the action replay plug-in. Rosalina sometimes gives a red marker mentioning a cheat does not work.

7th Dragon III - CODE VFD (USA)

so i tried the unlimited LF cheat and apparently, it seems to follow a character order on the left side of the picture posted here. Ludger, SHoryu, and Charlion got the LF cheat but others did not have it. Mind you, I discovered this before I swapped them to the team as of now.

Is there anyone who can help me get the LF cheat for ALLL the character spaces here? I want to use the hex editor to find those hexes so I can do it myself but to no luck
