Hacking gateway 3ds no bricking firmware?

guys i noticed that the brick cases are related with the 2.02b release right?

before that,which is the latest release?what would i miss?would it be safer?where could i get it?

im waiting for my gateway to arrive,since here in brazil where a 3dsxl is expensive like a total month incoming....its better to take extra caution right?

for the sake of all the drama, you need 2.0b1 or 1.2
you only loose 7.x emunand compatibility with b1 but it can be a bit buggy with some peoples sd card's
with 1.2 you get a nice stable firmware but loose compatibility with any games released after and around when mario dream team was released

and yeah its best to play it safe and stick to safe firmwares unless you can solder and have a raspberry pi to unbrick....even then only use it if your confident you can perform the unbrick

I use b2 as I'm confident you can perform the unbrick lol. Came across your brick/unbrick videos while checking out that video from Diab3l on Maxconsole... Epic lolz.
