Hacking Gateway 3DS Availability

Well at least I'm not the only one still waiting X.x

- Ordered on the 10th of August.
- "Shipped" on the 28th of august
- Actually shipped on 6th of september
- Left HK on 19th of september
- Reached Hungary on the 26th, customs done by the 27th, now it's somewhere in the post system. Hopefully I get it on monday or tuesday.

So... yup. 48 days and counting. Phileas Fogg used less time to get from Hong Kong to Europe... and he traveled by F****** steam trains!!!

Just to confirm that I today got the gateway from card-nds.com that I've ordered on 22nd August and finally it got here from France of all places. It works thanks God but sadly no back sticker for the red card. How did you guys solve it? Just use some tape or?

It doesn't really matter, as long as you have it in your system it should be fine. If you take it out regularly, then a piece of tape is fine. The sticky backside of the tape will even pick up any dust that gets trapped inside.

I got mine too today. Without back sticker. I cut a piece of wide tape that I use to close cardboard boxes and stuff, and put a paper square where the chip is so it won't stuck to that.

Just receive my gateway from card-nds.com. Works like a charm. I ordered on 28/08. They told me that it was shipped in 03/09, but they had a problem with HK post, so 25/09 they re-send it for me from France. So, because of the late send, they also sent me a free SD card =) ... But I was almost everyday e-mailing then, asking about my order and stuff... Kinda annoying, but finally got it =)

I'll try it later when I'm home instead of at work. I've already contacted them via e-mail.

Edit: Also, does anyone have experience with http://r4cardusa.com/? I want express shipping but they only have one shipping option, "best way" available.

Yeah it does that for me too, just use facebook to log in. I strongly suggest using cymods. Right now that is the only place with gateway stock and pretty fast shipping.

I ordered one from buygateway3ds too, they charged it twice, and they claim they only did once. The order appearently was shipped on monday, but now their web doesn't work. Please send me a message if your order arrives so I can have at least hope that I haven't been scammed for twice the amount .
They are supposedly official resellers so I though it was safe...

No, they didn't give me any tracking. I used my credit card, that was the problem, I usually don't do that, but as I said, being a reseller listed on the gateway web i though it was safe.

Call up your CC company (Number's back on the card) and open a dispute!
