Hacking Gateway 3.0 : "Ultra"

I download the GW Ultra 3.0 but when I go to this link http://go.gateway-3ds.com
It gives me a Gateway 3ds Loading message.

The release announcement says you can flash any NAND dump back to sysnand - which is pretty good - at least it covers versions up to 9.2

The problem is that GW may not be treating an emuNAND image as a "NAND dump". Somone with a Flash kit could test this though.

so since 9.2 has no emunand support, they just gave you the tools needed so you can downgrade because:
A)no emunand
B)need internet browser each time
i'm interested in seeing what they'll do for n3ds...

Anyway, anybody has looked on the Go webpage? It seems the launcher.dat get's triggered by some JS, I think it maps 420 times the same memoryblock, so, webbrowser crash for memory or somehow and it loads lol *I THINK*

I take a backup of my 3DS SD cart first before doing the emunand stuff
cause it formats the whole SD cart
