anyone have a knowtion about refurb or preowned switches from gamestop, my biggest question is are they defintly patched so r.c.m. wont work or is it a gamble?

thanx but I should've clarified, I meant threw their website. wondering if because they say "refurb" not preowned if they where shipped to Nintendo patched then sent back for refurb sale???? that's really why I said gamble.
