I am trying to get a friend to gameshare from me. But for some reason, it says "5 systems" are in use! But I only gave my info to 2 OTHER people!

Me, friend 1, friend 2. And friend 3 can't download for some reason. I hear the only explanation is that one of my bastard friends is lying, and gave my info to other friends, so they can download it. Explaining the other 2 downloads. Making it 5. Is this truly the other explanation?
