Do I take the router out of the blockade, or what should I do? What is the ip address where Wii U get updates? If I want to play on the internet, do i take off all ip blocks? I use Brazilian method.
IMHO it's much easier and cleaner to just download the updates the normal way. But before you turn off your DNS protection to update, always check this site to see if there's a new firmware version out there:
