Gaming Games that require "additional seed"

Hi. Some months ago i got a bunch of CIAs from Villain3DS. After the download, the program stated some games needed "additional Seed" to work properly. So in order to get these CIA games to work, i need to install the CIA with FBI and these "Seed" file? All the CIAs i got are from the same region as my 3DS (USA).

I checked my SD Card i found these files (screenshot attached) and copied them to my PC (backup):
decTitleKeys.bin
encTitleKeys.bin
essentials.exefs
seeddb.bin

Let's say the game is Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon (USA). I have to install the CIA, then where to put and use this "additional seed"? I already have "Seeddb.bin" (its been there since i installed CFW). I've seen some seed databses compilations online, but how do these work?
I have Luma3DS CFW with B9S. More info about my 3DS is on the signature.

The decTitleKeys.bin, encTitleKeys.bin, and seeddb.bin goes in the sdmc:/gm9/support folder.
To get newer seeddb.bin for games released after the CDN server side block, go to:

To do offline import seed, you use:

• GodMode9 → CIA image options... → Decrypt file (...) → Decrypt inplace

This is before you install the *.cia file with FBI. If you installed it before decrypting with GodMode9, you must either take a *.cia copy you still have or dump the already installed title back into *.cia, decrypt, and try again.
