Hacking Games not loading error occured

Hi there I bought a faulty switch that would not load game carts. I thought it may just be the cart reader....

I have since installed cfw atmosphere 0.10.2. Installed a game on the sd card with tinfoil finished installing with no problems but then the game starts to load then crashes with 'error has occured' I dont think it is the cfw that is the problem as it also does it with the carts.

Is this a hardware problem or software?


If read somewhere someone mention it might be a corrupt partion or something on the nand?

I have another switch that works fine just struggling with this one.

Anyone have any ideas what the fault is?

Signature patches on the sd card? Which filesystem is on your sd card? FAT32? exFAT? If it is exFAT, change that immediately! No joke.

Have tried both file systems and they both do the same. Yes have sig patches. It starts to load the game for about 3 secs and then the error occurs. It does this on the stock firmware as well with the game card.

Could it be emmc problem or a chip or do you think its solely software?

Also spoke to a nintendo repair guy today and he said it could be down to just a faulty game card reader but I wouldn't of thought that would have affected the games being loaded on the sd card?

Is there a way to check if the nand has any corruption on it?

I have swapped the game reader with one I k ow works this did not solve the issue. Sometimes the game will load up but I noticed when it does the graphics are glitching. Does anyone no what the issue could be or is there some problems on the switch that can't be fixed?
