Hey guys, so I just finished putting cfw on my 2ds XL using this guide: 3ds.hacks.guide/

I downloaded a few games on my 8gb micro sd card but I wanted more space so I got a sandisk 64gb microsd card. I formatted the 64gb microsd with MiniToolPartition wizard to Primary FAT32/32kb clusters and then drag my old 8gb files straight into it afterwards. But when I boot up my 2DS XL, all my games are missing on my home screen that I had installed. So I reformatted the 64gb microsd again. This time I did Primary Fat32/Auto clusters, drag all files back and all my games showed up. Will cluster size effect performance in any way? Am I doing something wrong? Should I be worried?

tldr:
-Formatted 64gb microsd: Primary Fat32/32kb clusters = no games on home screen
-Formatted 64gb microsd: Primary Fat32/Auto clusters = games on home screen

Cluster size only affects the compatibility of certain homebrews (eg: TWLoader), if you aren't using any that need it, then you are fine. Also, the reason they didn't show up was probably because the directory was changed when it was 32KBs and you just didn't initialize the SD card like you are supposed to do.
