Hacking Games in app folder wont show although pkgj games work

Hi,
I am new to the Vita scene and I am using sd2vita (ux0) and StorageMgr.
I have managed to install and play games downloaded from pkgj but when transferring games from my computer to the same app folder (in game id folder) I can't get the games to show on the home screen.
I tried "Refresh LiveArea" and "Refresh license" database in vitashell but that does not help.

Any suggestions about this problem? I have not been able to find any solution by google:ing.

Hi, Im on 3.60.
I downgraded and installed everything following the guides on https://vita.hacks.guide/ .

@MatteKalle ,another question:you download game from PKGj from the computer?
But PKGj is app for PS Vita,you download from NPS Browser 0.94 or from NoPayStation?

When I download from PKGj and install the game shows up as a bubble and it works.
When I try to transfer a game from my PC to the same folder it won't show up as a bubble. These games are acquired from another source. Not NoPayStation or NPS Browser 0.94.

Sorry @MatteKalle ,why do you want to transfer games with app folder and ID from pc to PS Vita,if you downloaded them with PKGj,i don't understand.
I do this when i've to transfer from my Pc to PS Vita,because i downloaded them from NPS browser or NoPayStation(then i also have to insert the work.bin)in the app folder in ux0 and then i refresh live area and license!

Well I had allready downloaded over 50 games to my PC so it seems like a waste off time to do the process again. This was before I knew that I could use PKGj. Also Im not sure that all the games exist on PKGj.
Also I just want to know that it works as it should =).

@MatteKalle ,now i understand why you don't see game bubbles on your PS Vita homescreen,even if you transfer game folders to the app.
The reason is simple your games aren't NoNpDrm but MaiDump and you need the MaiDumpTool program to install them.
