This has happened so many times with almost all of the new games I put in my hard drive. I admit I'm a noob at this so I don't know what the hell is going on, but I'll explain what is happening anyways. Whenever I play a game, it freezes at a random point. So I delete the game from my hard drive and transfer it again. When I play the game again, it freezes at a different point. This happened to Another Code, NBA Jam, Monster Hunter, Wii Party, and many others. It's a pain in the ass to delete, then transfer again just to get past a certain location. Can anyone enlighten me of what is happening?

your hard drive is falling asleep - use whatever software its vendor supplies to make it stop.

Oh I forgot to mention that sometimes my disc slot just flashes nonstop. The game would freeze momentarily but it will stop when I turn off my hard drive and turn it back on in a few seconds. Is this the sleep mode you were talking about?
