ROM Hack Games for SmileBasic 4?

For those out of the loop, SmileBasic 4 is an app for Switch that allows you to create, download, and play unique games on your Switch. However, those who have been banned from Switch Online will be batch, unable to DL these games.

Recently, we have seen that we are able to import levels to LevelHead using homebrew, like Super Mario Maker 2.

Is it possible to import games downloaded from SmileBasic 4's servers to a banned switch?

Looks possible but I can't test it without an example.

You can certainly transfer over programs into local projects via save data, though.
