From the same individual who brought us the Everdrive-MD, Super Everdrive and the SMS Master Everdrive. Which are all great products. The price is reasonable at $77 plus 4 S/H. The usually time is approximately 1-3 weeks to get stateside. They are only available from Ukraine atm, until Krikizz ships them to distributors stateside. The only downside is you have to put your own case on it, but that takes nearly no time at all, and makes the price reasonable like I said prior.

Device Description:

Flash cart for Sega Master System/GameGear

+ Max supported ROM size up to 8mbit (1mbyte)
+ 32kb FRAM for game saves keep.
+ GameGear and SMS games are supported
+ Supported standard sega mapper and codemasters mapper
+ USB port for homebrew development*
+ OS can be updated from SD or USB
+ Save ram data can be stored or loaded from SD card
+ Micro SD cards support.
+ FAT16 support. 2GB max partition size
+ Supported Micro SD size 2GB max
+ Flashed game will stay in memory after power off. so no need to choice and reflash game after each reset or power off

cart comes without a shell, but standard shell can be used (without modify)

* USB port available only on "Everdrive GG+USB" cart version

* Homebrew software could communicate with PC via virtual serial port interface. All USB port operations controlled by GG Z80 CPU, so USB port can not be used if cart not attached to console.

Krikzz's flashcarts are awesome, I already have the everdrive and the master everdrive (which works on the game gear with an adapter).

This one is interesting if you want to play GG only games (Shinobi 1 & 2 anyone?), or some sms games ported to GG with enhanced colors.

I'll probably end up ordering it.

DJ, you do know this was posted by me 4 days ago (March 23rd), it's now March 26th here in the United States. If you also looked, yes it's on the news section, but they accredited me and linked straight to this topic.

OMG! THE GIANT CHIPS R INVADINGZ!

But nice to see that some people are making high quality carts for old systems

KrikZZ's chips are amazing, the only issue is having to modify the cart for them, but most of his American distrubtion sites include them for an additional fee.

The Everdrive-MD card play 99% of Genesis, 32x and Sega Cd (with apprioprate accessory) video games, it's great.

Oh nice.
I wish it wans't so expensive though.
Maybe came with a plastic cartridge shell (or two)

My GameGear and SMS to Genesis adapter still work after all these years, so I'd love to get my hands on a flash cart just for that authentic look and sound.

I'll keep an eye on these for any price drops would be nice.
Too bad emulators are getting sooo darn good these days though, but I guess they can never be as good as the real hardware.

Damn, this is so interesting...I might go to my parents house and steal my younger brother GameGear, he wouldn't even notice, since he left gaming ages ago...Hope the GAMEGEAR still works, it was working the last time we used it, and it was like 15 years back! When will this guy release a cart for the SEGA MASTER SYSTEM !!!!!!......?
