Hacking Gamecube games crash after installing mk arcade gp

So, I got the Mario Kart arcade gp 1/2 up and running but now when i try and run a gamecube game from disc (have a wiikey) the wii shuts down, I'm guessing this is todo with the file you install to play the games.
How do i get it back to normal? 2 games verus all GC games is not a fair trade lol xD

Reinstall BC and MIOS with ModMii or whatever.

What nl255 said. The cMIOS for Triforce games doesn't support any Gamecube games.
