GCN Gamecube Backups

I've looked and looked but can't find anything good on how to do this.

OK I have a Gamecube and I want to rip and stream games from my computer. Whats the cheapest way to do this? I have a SD adapter for Gamecube now but from what I know its pointless (this one). I will go for a Gamecube Solderless modchip as will.
