Who can hack the Gamecube backup loader? So you can use the Classic Controller Pro... It should be possible, the same as wiiware.
Who could help me? When the wii remote stays on while playing gamecube games, maybe it's possible to connect the C.C.Pro.
Please help me....

Unfortunately, it's currently impossible.

When the Wii switches to GC mode, all Wii-specific hardware shuts down, so the Wiimotes cannot be used, meaning no wiimote extension controller can be used either...

It may be possible in the future, if someone hacks BC and MIOS to support it, but that seems to be very complicated, and I doubt it would happen in a hurry since it hasn't already been done yet...

You will have to stick with a regular GC controller instead...

Unfortunately not...

When the Wii loads up a GC game, it loads BC, which slows down the Wii and shut's down all wii-specific hardware, then loads boot2, which sees that the Wii has been slowed down, and then it loads up MIOS which then loads up the GC disc.

AFAIK, someone will have to hack BC to keep all the Wii-specific hardware unlocked, then they may have to write wiimote drivers for the MIOS, then they would have to get MIOS to patch the GC disc before running it to use the wiimote instead of the GC controllers, sicne the GC discs talk directly to the hardware instead of going through IOS to access the hardware.

I'm guessing that's why nobody's done it before...

Is it possible to use a Gamecube controller on Monster Hunter Tri?
I'm not sure, but that's completely unrelated. The Wii in Wii mode can access the GameCube accessories. That's why there's a "GameCube Memory Card" option in the Wii Menu's settings.

there's adapters for connecting the CCs to the GC ports. Add a 20ft extension cable and your good to go.
Yup, this is correct. The adapter is called an "EMS Classic Linker" (or "EMS Classic Linker Plus" if you plan on using a Classic Controller Pro). Although I suggest using a Classic Controller Pro, because the ZL/ZR buttons are hard to reach on a regular Classic Controller.
The adapter also works with PS1/PS2 controllers, which probably work better than a regular classic controller.
