Does anybody know of a Gameboy Emulator for 3ds with Action Replay/Gameshark compatibility?

Please don't bump your threads after a mere 2 hours and 10 minutes. People will answer when they have one to give; not before. 24 hours is usually the standard.
Anyway, I personally don't use emulators I use VC injects but I believe mGBA has the option to load cht.txt files (don't quote me on that, haven't used it in forever). I would recommend using a PC emulator to cheat, then transferring the edited save to the emulator on your console. You'd have to access your PC/Internet to get the cheats anyway. (If you don't find an emulator that does what you want anyway).
