This, except there isn't a rewind, but There might be a rewind feature in another Emulator, however I have only used Lameboy so I wouldn't know.

I know of 5 gameboy/color emulators for the DS (lameboy is without question the best) and none feature rewind (it is a really rare feature, even to the extent rarely see on PC emulators).

Oh for those who would go list anyway
Lameboy:

Early stage emulator (pre DLDI) (actually there are one or two by the same author but I am counting them as one). Not sure where the homepage is these days.
Although there is a DLDI version available (third party as far as I am aware):

Early stage GB only emulator (not named as far as I know):

Goomba Color (yes there is a port, no it is not that good right now):

A more-or-less full history of this one (both are the same thing in different stages of development) can be found at http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/GNUboy_DS

He did add DLDI support and fix the sound crashes after a while, so it's definitely worth looking into. Probably didn't get too much publicity because it was posted on page 3 of the topic and we were told not to distribute it, though I still think merely linking to the topic would be fine. See the topic link here: http://www.pocketheaven.com/boards/viewtop...95&start=30

Closest thing to a rewind feature is to use Lameboy and make a savestate after each major thing you do. It's what I do when I'm using PocketNES instead of NES DS at least.
