Hacking Game with the Wii update 3.2U?

Hi there!

I am simply looking to update my Wii to the firmware 3.2U (north american wii is the U right?)

I currently have 3.1, and need to update to play FFCC WiiWare (Wad)

But The reason I dont use the USB Wifi dongle on my comp is because it make my comp crash (100% with a blue screen if it is plugged for more than a minute) I tried pretty much everything with the dongle and just abandonned... Now I remember why I never used it...

I always made my update via Games installer... so now I am wondering which games has the 3.2 update on the disc... I'll get it and boot it.

Boom Blox I think has it, I put it in my Wii earlier today (LEGIT, sorry pirates), and it had me update my Wii. I checked my System Info afterwards and it was 3.2U -- sorry, I dont know what it was before that.

I am bumping this thread... I am still looking for a game that has the 3.2U update on disc... and no Boom Blox doesn't have it unfortunately

A smarter solution would be to figure out why the dongle isn't working.

I'm betting it's a driver issue.

the semi brick fix has 3.2

but will not enable you to play FFCC unfortunately......

Never did, even after a format I still get a blue screen if I let it plugged in for like 5min... So I'm through with it

Meh I dont want to play FFCC anymore, I want that Gyrostar to work LOL

Thats why I want the "legit" 3.2U (or even 3.3U) that will install from a game disc...

Mario Kart Wii should have it. or you could go to a friends house and update your wii there. thats what i did!
