Gaming Game update nag

I’m on the latest FW with the latest Atmosphere, and I stay offline.

I have a couple of games that, before launch, tell me they need to download data but I’m not connected to the internet.

I have the option to launch anyway, so this is nothing more than an irritation, but is there any way to get rid of this nag?

Unfortunately it's not possible. The games seems to know there is a newer update available even if you update your firmware offline with Choi.

I'm guessing the firmware updates files have something cached with them about available game updates.

Yeah, it's annoying. You can download and install the game update to get rid of it though. But as far as I am concerned, there's no other way to get rid of it.
