A few days ago I turned on my 4.1.0 Switch as I usually do but I've noticed all my game content is no longer there. I'm sure there is nothing I can do, but is there a way for me to get the data back or am I just shit outa luck since I don't want to update. So basically I can't play any of my games atm.

So, basically just wait for now?
That's a hard one, I'm not sure how long this will take, if someone makes a way of mounting the switch file system, I suppose then you could use a recovery program, but I'm not sure how the switch's memory works, maybe what I'm saying makes no sense, maybe try asking on the reswitched discord.

The exact same thing just happened to me.
I'm in the process of restoring some backups... but what the hell is going on?

UPDATE: Nothing's worked. Stangely, the only data it recognizes is the first 0.3MB of the Pokkén Tournament DX Demo. That's it. Everything after that reads as 0.0MB, and the Switch sees it as corrupted. I doubt it actually is, but I suppose it could be.
As for the culprit, I have no idea. What I did last was use WAINCartDumperNX 0.0.2 to make backups of all my physical games, but part of that process was backing up my SD card, formatting it to exFAT, and restoring my backup. I could've screwed something up during the backup process.
I'd like to think it's the fault of some homebrew, but it could just as easily be my own fault.
Guess I'll just update and redownload everything.
