people that ordered from hopebuy *should* have it in their hands on the 31st [ monday ]. what sucks for me is, i have an appointment to have my wisdom teeth to be removed that day

probably as opposed to the planned 8 gigabit version. There hasnt been any announcement as to how far in development they are with the 8 gigabit version. As far as I know, it's only a possibility and not a definite plan.

Finally a firm date. I was getting awful tired of the "two weeks" runaround. I wonder if we need to factor in the time it takes for the Canadians (Divineo in my case) to get it in their hands. At any rate, perhaps Divineo's forced Fedex Express uber-'spensive shipping will turn out to be a blessing after all. I guess it's true what they say, time flies like an arrow and fruit flies like a banana

I've been hovering around this board for a few weeks now. First to find out what was the best cart and then once I figured out what I wanted checking everyday for news on a release date. Many thanks for the loads of sage advice I've sucked up from here! I'd have been utterly lost without all the news and reviews, for sure.

I too am glad that I don't have to check everyday to see if my G6 has shipped. Too bad it's been paid for for 2 weeks now, but it'll be worth it when I get it!

Preliminary delivery date (worldwide) is 2'nd august according to Shop.01, but meh...just wait it out, sooner or later it'll come

I have seen some sites (Like PSXBox) refusing to take pre-orders for the English due 2 reasons. Availability and price. The second one most concerns me as we know that the only difference between the English one and the Chinese one (besides the obvious language difference) is price.
