Hacking G6 Lite with moonshell

Who else has found they can't use the G6Lite with the included moonshell? For me, it boots, but then after booting it won't load any files (a DPG, a BMP file)

I have vague memories of loading stuff though...perhaps I need a format

On another note...How do you format the G6 Lite without screwing it up?

Dunno which moonshell ver is the included one.
But I suggest you get 1.3c

I would suggest the same, the version available there works fine.

As for formatting it, use FAT (otherwise known as FAT16). Copy over the \BACKING, \EMU & \PDA folders from either your included disc or from the download package, then create \GBA & \NDS.

Everything should work fine if you do that. (I have.)

I think I have the c version, but I'll do a new format and see where that gets me.

Where are gamesaves stored?

GBA saves are stored in the \GBA folder, and NDS saves are saved in the \NDS folder. It's simply the same filename with a ".0", etc extension.
