Hacking G6 Lite PRO not coming out ?

same with me. they claimed they sent the refund on the 28th, i got the email on the 29th at 11PM my time, i checked paypal... nothing

You should get an email when they give you a refund. I believe they should to, so perhaps you could ask for the email as proof. Or just file the buyer complaint, although that can take awhile.
 
Unfortunately, PayPal insists on waiting for 45 days from the date of the transaction. So, these (Censored!) are going to have $72 locked up for a month and a half. Please take notice, folks. Winsunx may have been more attentive in the past, but they're certainly failing much more these days. Stick with official resellers. Do not make the mistakes we have.
 
Finally got my refund today, after being told numerous times that my refund has been sent. It took threatening to file a fraud complaint to get them to double check. I can now wash my hands of Winsunx permanently. Hope yours arrived as well, outphase, as I did mention that I was not the only buyer w/o a refund. Mind you, the level of English comprehension is in short supply among the staff, so I cannot guarentee it.
 
They eneded up refunding me for a different purchase I made eariler in the month but after a few emails everything was cleared up. I was a bit worried since they take ages with their emails.

you guys seems a bit harsh... desperate to get something new at a bargain price. then when things goes south, turn on the only online vendor that tries to anticipate what will be available and offers at a great price.

I preordered m3 mini adapter, didnt pay. then g6 lite, didnt pay. then found out 1st shipment wouldnt fill back orders, I rang to confirm that I wouldnt get one from 1st shipment so changed my order to supercard mini sd. item's shipped so I'll get it next week.

as you can probably imagine the number of orders and queries inpatient people have been innundating them asking when will you ship my order or has it come in stock yet every day they probably will be slow in responding.

btw, i have nothing to do with the operation of winsunx. i just ordered something from them. havent received it yet but its only been a few days

Desperate? Not at all. I have a M3, so I'm already set. However, I am indeed harsh to any and all retailers that dare to list items without confirmation of its actual market release by the manufacturer or those who don't comprehend that they should double check all refunds as part of a daily procedure. Winsunx is ran by idiots whose parents should have chosen to use a prophylactic the night of their conception, period. Not a single statement from anyone will convince me otherwise.
 
whoa i think u're taking it a little TOO seriously. I got screwed by winsunx too but I dont' hate them that much. It's true that emails arent replied quickly and often have bad english. But I think they got so much buisness from people worldwide (because of their amazing prices compared to NA online stores) that they don't have enough manpower to deal with all of refunds and ship out all their other orders.

Also, they only have like 1 email address --> sales@winsunx or something. All the sales, customer info, refunds go into that account. it's a totally big mess in mail box. They gotta sort out different stuff, organize between read and didn't read. So you can imagine the amount of mess they are in.

I agree, they dug their own hole tho. I think they should learn from this and make their organization better. Then again, why would they care. Thye're making money off other things!

I can understand being upset with a retailer for not delivering what you expected. We've all been there before ... However, they promptly issued you a refund. I don't see what the continued outrage is all about, I think you're taking this to an absurd level.

Promptly? It took them almost a week to realize they forgot to send mine and others. Reread next time.

If they have so much business, which should be churning profits, then it's the owner who is ultimately responsible for having a lacking staff. Same goes with the choice of staffing those whose comprehension of English rivals a 3rd grade dropout and not enabling a few more e-mail accounts for areas of billing, shipping, etc. You guys and gals really need to heighten your standards in terms of demanding competent online shop service. I'll repeat myself. I hold everyone and everything, including myself, to the same standards: Do it right or don't bother doing it at all.

I encounter so many people making excuses or just bearing with whatever headaches they frequently encounter. Winsunx runs their store like a drunken flea market. They are not a "good company" whatsoever in my opinion. If I were to give them an honest, from-the-heart rating, it would be: Avoid like a 500 pound heffer in a see-through nightgown with a dripping case of crabs.
 
I´ve been buying from winsunx for a while and I´ve never had any problems at all, they always ship my orders fast and they have good prices. They do have a single email account, but every time I write them asking anything, they always answer. They are a OK store, they could be better, but I buying from a chinese store on the other side of the world and I´ve always received what I asked for, so no complains here. I even bought them a DS Lite..

BTW, did you know there is a chinese M3 miniSD that is smaller?, it´s the same size of a GBA game, winsunx is selling it..

yah i heard it's for the PRO version. because they got rid of components of the GBA stuff, they're able to put everything in a GBAsized cart lol.

Well, they are in China. English-education there isn't that great there. I heard on the news that students from the University of Hong Kong are failing english standards and their level grammar is horrible. You can't really blame them for having bad english because they can't interact with english speaking people on a regular basis.

The owner of winsunx could hire more people but will their buisness keep on growing? Homebrew stuff isn't always in need.

Well, I bought my miniSD M3 from winsunx and I got it in 2 days after shipping. I'm very satisfied with their service and that's why i support it. It doesn't always treat people the way they want. It is becuase they want more buisness that they put up pre-orders before anyone else or confirmed the product. It is highly speculated that the LitePRO will be produced. Winsunx failed in that respect but they are still a good company overall.
