Hacking (G3DS) Do Eshop DSiWare games work for anyone?

Ive tried two DSiWare games on my updated Emunand.
Metal Torrent and G.G. Dark Spirits. They both seem to lock the system needing a hard reset. Is this true for other people?

emuNAND ONLY emulate 3ds native mode. Not ds mode. By these when you download in emuNAND a dsiware program and you run it it loads 4.5 ds mode.

The 3DS can only emulate DSi mode (which virtualizes DS mode).

Only previously purchased dsiware will work. They need to be copied from emunand, to the sd card, to system nand, where they can be played. But going to data management with sysnand will delete newly purchased things from the eshop, so this wouldn't work with new dsiware.

I follow that, makes sense. I'm kinda bummed about that, I really wanted some shmups on DSiWare to work I assume to do any transfer trickery I would need an actual DSi.
