Homebrew RELEASE Fuse-Nx

Fuse-Nx is an utility tool that exposes the internals of various Nintendo Switch formats as a filesystem though FUSE.
As a bonus, it can also search for file inside archives, and directly extract them.

It can't modify anything, this is strictly for reading/dumping. Think of it like hactool but without needing to extract a bunch of intermediate files.
Allowing writes to get through would be very non-trivial.
