Hacking Full screen forwaders in vwii?

Ok so I've been searching all day and have yet to find a forwarder for nes and snes emulators that are full screen. I managed to get the HBC in full screen on vwii but everything else has bars. Any help or links to proper forwarders?

I use usb loader gx, don't have to go through hbc, have Nintendont but don't need to go through that either a USB loader gx takes care of it all, not sure about snes/nes emulators, but snes virtual console games work full screen

Well that's just the thing. I don't want to have to go through another program (usb loader or hbc). That's why I'm trying to get forwarders, so I can go straight to the app I want.

If the forwarder's ID starts with one of these letter E, F, J, L, M, N, P, Q and maybe X, use a Wad editor to change the TitleID, and it will launch in 16:9 (otehrwise it will run in 4:3), without the need to go to HBC .
