Hacking FTPiiU Everywhere Help

I'm having an issue trying to transfer mod files to my Wii U. I'm trying to get the Linkle mod set up but I can only transfer 48 out of 88 files required for it. I use either Filezilla or the Windows GUI. Filezilla just tells me "Critical file transfer error" and Windows tells me "Make sure you have permission to put files on the server". I've tried several things.

Reinstall FTPiiU
Reboot the Wii U
Delete and Reinstall the game

I'm not sure what to do now and would really like a little assistance :'(.

My CFW is Haxchi but before I run FTPiiU Everwhere I run Mocha. How do I get permissions to add files?

did you try to not use mocha ?

ftpiiu everywhere was first focused around mocha, but then an update was released to work with haxchi/cbhc.
if you run haxchi/cbhc, don't run mocha over it, double cfw patches are not the best ideas.

why not use haxchi and latest updated version ftpiiu everywhere? (which should work with both mocha and haxchi/cbhc. just don't multi-patch your firmware, use one or the other)

I tried that but I think I figured it out after playing around with a lot of files.
