How do you people play these strategy rpgs? Sometimes these battles-especially Front Mission last WAY too long. FF Tactics was fine...Fire Emblem ok...FM3 was a LONG FREAKIN GAME.

Actually yeah, fm3 was way long. Too long for my taste..it made it badly paced since the story just didnt progress. Gameplay wise it was good though. fm1 is paced much better but unfortunately you cant steal mechs (sorry.. 'wanzers') like you can in fm3. I loved that. Anyhow, for those who have already played the SNES original, this is the playstation port of fm1 which has a side-story which is as long as the original story so thats pretty cool.

Brilliant, would've preferred a new game but I guess Square are just doing this one as a test to see how well it does. Hopefully we'll get something newer sometime later.
