Homebrew Frogminer problem

So I am trying to install frogminer on my Old 3ds, but when I try to open it to install it says l that movable.sed can't be read/found. What do I do? Movable.sed isn't in my files because in the tutorial I watched, I converted it to 00000001.sav and put it in the data file. Help??

That video method sounds kind of off to me, I don't think that you're supposed to rename the moveable sed to that

You should not watch YouTube tutorial. They may be outdated...
