Free renaming program for mp3s?

I normally would have looked on my own but I've been having a bad day today so I thought I might as well just ask. Could anyone recommend a free program that can help change the information of a song? You know...the Album, Artist and whatnot? I've been looking at some but I don't know what's actually good. Thanks in advance.

Oh, and if this was discussed before, just direct me.

I didn't know what keywords I should use for searching.

you can do it in xp too, right click, properties, summary, advanced, then just click the column you want to change
