First of all: Please avoid video guides. They are often outdated and/or bad and most GBAtemp members (active in the 3DS section) are familiar with
https://3ds.hacks.guide/ and https://3ds.eiphax.tech/fredminer.html
but not with all videos out there.

A quick look at 11:10-11:30 on the video tells that B9S should already be installed if the battery fell out exactly at the point 11:20 in the video. Your SD is a mess – sorry to say this. Was there some package or what to download – instead of links to the really needed files?

There is one file in your screenshots, that is fishy: Luma3DSv7.1.7z If you have extracted boot.firm from this archive to the root of your SD, this explains the error message as this old release of Luma is only compatible with B9S version 1.0 and maybe 1.1.
  • If you have another, FAT32 formatted and empty (micro-)SD, just put boot.firm from the current v9.1 release of Luma on this empty card and try with that.
  • If you have none, backup your data from the current (micro-)SD and reformat it (if bigger than 32GB with guiformat). Then put the v9.1 boot.firm on it and try with that.
You should turn on the file extensions in your Windows Explorer. Not showing the extensions can be confusing in the process. (You don't want a file named boot.firm.firm on your SD just because Windows did not show the extension).
