Hacking Found a new 3DS... What can I hack it with

My friend recently found a 3DS that was full of games and the Firmware 4.4 I believe. I installed Palientine CFW on my 3DS with Cubic Ninja, but what can I do with this 3DS. I am looking to install a CFW with arm9loaderhax. What should I do? EDIT: It is a old 3DS not the New 3ds

If it has a working browser you can use a browser exploit to run Decrypt9 and proceed with backing up, downgrading to 2.1, installing AL9H, restoring backup and then updating to the latest software according to Plailect's Guide.
