Homebrew Force PKMN Black to Force Save?

Is there anyway to have something able to make a save option during dialogue? Maybe an action replay code? I've been using save states instead of normal saving... and now I can't save my progress unless I'll start all the way back at the bug gym. This is the save it attempts to do after the credits roll.
 
have you tried to load the save state and do an in-game save?
I think what happened is that they used savestates too much and the latest one is too close to the end of the game where it saves after defeating the Elite Four, and the game errors out when attempting to save and they were hoping for a way to save in-between dialogue so the save after the Elite Four will work properly.
 
I doubt if someone never saved the game all the way to where they beat the e4 would cause the game to not save. it should be saving the game after you beat the e4
 
I found out that saving was impossible at that point because I didn't know that you couldn't over write saved games unlike the gameboy versions, you had to delete your save file first. I ended up starting over and got farther now. So thanks for trying to help me.
