Note that this can potentially came out of a actually weaker chip (tegra x1) compared to the switch. So all this suggest is Switch isn't ready yet. Even the appearance could be different.

I knew this wasn't it. Something felt off about the video, especially when the BotW demo slowed down in FPS.
 
Common sense really. Recording footage directly from a screen is a bad idea since it tends to come out all ugly.

Common in advertising to make things look as good as possible. In fast food commercials they spend HOURS making the burgers, chicken etc look really sexy, via glue, airbrushes, etc etc.
