Gaming Font Problem

So... when my sad Vista computer updated all the font in everything was Arial in italics. So I pulled some stuff and downloaded a registry fixer. Well it made the font a bit worse. Any way to fix that? I tried a system restore, but it fails.

Umm...

I think I had this problem once and it was because something deleted my Arial font, so it used the italic version as default.

that might work if not u can download any fonts from here dafont.com and put it in the font folder computer>loacal disk C>windows>FONT>the just drag the folder in ther

How is downloading more fonts going to help? :\
