Hacking Folders on CFW emunand

I know that, but when I turn off the 3DS the folder are empty and the games on the home meu.

Do you have to unwrap them each time?
If so, your nands are linked.

You can unlink them by formatting the Sysnand (With the 3DS' internal SD removed) > Going through the setup Process > Re-inserting the SD.

This will give your Sysnand a new Friend code / wipe your NNID btw.
edit: As well as whatever you have installed to your sysnand.

One more question!
Now that the nands are unlinked, how can I play the GBA cias on the emunand?
cuz they must be linked to work
