    Happens on my flashdrive.
    Any info?
I don't exactly understand this problem, considering I find one exact folder on my flashdrive to be a real pain.
It changes to a CMD shortcut VERY easily.
I would appreciate help, and a tip to help prevent this

Can you give a little more info? Like if this virus is ONLY on the flash drive, or if you've tried to do removable storage scan. Can you back up and reformat without spreading the virus?

What is the name of the file? And did you torrent this?

Sometimes I've had CMDs happen due to really long loading times, but you should tell us more just to be safe.

Use anti-virus/anti-malware software to remove it. I recommend malwarebytes' anti-malware (the free version).

I recommend running in safe mode to prevent any automatic scripts from running.
