Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I recently downloaded FML for HBC, which ran pretty well and seemed to be a pretty fun app. However, every time that I return to the loader, it always crashes. Is this me, or just a bug? I'm a little concerned is all......
