Hacking Floating on Games after Update

Recently I updated my Switch using AIO Switch Updater and I'm currently on Atmosphere 0.19.5|E, and FW 12.1.0, updated sigpatches too.

Since updating my games have booted fine but upon playing my characters glitch and float in a way I don't think they were intended to.
This has happened on Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (ver. 1.1.0) & Sea of Solitude: Director's Cut (ver 1.1.0). Interestingly enough, it did not happen on my copy of Animal Crossing New Horizons (ver. 1.10.0). Has anyone else encountered this problem upon updating their Switch or know how to solve it?

It looks like you have downloaded cheats via AIO and you have them enabled by default.
